That’s right! It’s time to make good on those new year’s resolutions, suck in your Christmas belly and hit the track. Sessions are currently Mondays and Thursdays commencing at 6.15pm at Allard Park (Including the Australia Day holiday on the 27th).
These will continue until mid-March when we will revert to the traditional Tuesday/Thursday. Sessions so far have been a mix of ball work and fitness so don’t be afraid. Get down and get involved!
